Crivaro, Pisano – Atlas. Video Portraits of Gallura

For the section dedicated to photography and documentary research, the Organica Museum presents the multimedia exhibition“Atlante. Video Portraits of Gallura’, featuring interviews conducted by the research collective L’Ambulante, founded by documentary filmmakers Gaetano Crivaro and Margherita Pisano. The works on display were created as part of‘Atlas of Innovation: in search of the seeds of change in the Upper Gallura region’, a wide-ranging research project curated by urban planners Lidia Decandia and Leonardo Lutzoni for the University of Sassari, aimed at identifying and documenting the signs of innovation and the transformations taking place across the Gallura region.

Caterina Lai – Traces of Earth and Wind

In the tranquil heart of Limbara Park, where the ancient granite speaks the language of the wind and the holm oaks cast their shade, Caterina Lai’s work has found its ideal home. A charismatic figure in the world of artistic ceramics in Sardinia, this artist from Dorgali does not merely shape the material: she listens to its deep pulse, translating the island’s ancient memory into a visual language of the purest simplicity. Hers is a legacy of craft that has its roots in an exceptional family tradition — encompassing the great ceramic school of her father Simeone, the brilliant figurative teachings of her uncle Salvatore Fancello, and the geometric precision of her mother Luisa, a master of the art of embroidery.

Donatello Tore, Bordi di Mare

For its photography section, the Organica Museum presents *Bordi di Mare* (Seaside Edges), a series of minimalist black-and-white images by photographer Donatello Tore, an exhibition dedicated to the issue of coastal development. With a keen observational eye, Tore’s photographic work explores the effects that certain human-induced phenomena have had along the edges of the natural boundary between water and land.

Coquelicot Mafille, Il tuo sogno nel mio sogno (Your Dream in My Dream)

The artist Coquelicot Mafille will be the focus of the Organica Museum’s new series of events in its contemporary art section, with her solo exhibition *Il tuo sogno nel mio sogno* (Your Dream in My Dream), an exhibition project that weaves together textile art, painting and the written word to reflect on the relationship between human beings, nature and living worlds.
