I luoghi del cuore – Curadureddu forest
In 2022, the Curadureddu forest was voted by 4,460 people as their luogo del cuore, a “place they love”, in the 11th edition of the census promoted by FAI – Fondo per l’Ambiente Italiano (the National Trust for Italy) ETS and Intesa Sanpaolo.
This result made it possible to add two new works to the Organica Museum collection: the first, Labirinto (Labyrinth), was commissioned from the artist Antonello Fresu, active in the field of contemporary art; the second work, Dodecahedron, by Federica Luciani, was selected through a national contest aimed at students
of the Fine Arts Academies of Milan, Rome and Sassari.
The works are part of the “Sentieri dell’arte” (Paths of Art) project dedicated to enhancing the territory through cultural innovation interventions fully integrated into the landscape.
