Giuseppe Loi’s nomadic seats Untitled (jeans) are soft and cosy shells, traces of individual lives among the granite ridges and weeds of a place dense with past memories and awaiting future actions. The work aims to connect the individual with the surrounding space through very simple actions such as the act of resting and sitting. In the work, the artist investigates the search for a conjunction between space, the individual and nature. Untitled (jeans) is part of the experimental project “Rosabeta”, a layered anthropological journey that focuses on the connection between individual-space-nature.
