CEAS Aperti: hiking along the “Via dell’Acqua”: art trail

On Sunday, October 5 come live a unique experience with us! Discover the new route of works of art along the Limbara Waterway: Site-specific works dialogue with rocks, springs, and forests, transforming the walk into an experience of listening and wonder. We will discover this on a trek led by the hiking guide Antonio Sotgiu and the director of the Museo Organica Giannella Demuro in an intertwined tale of nature, art, and waterways.

The works are by: Pietruccia Bassu, Giusy Calia and Antonello Fresu, Eleonora Desole, Maenas-Heart Studio, Daniela and Francesca Manca, Mauro Morittu, Gianni Nieddu, Sabrina Oppo, Igino Panzino, Antonella Spanu.

Start of trek: Vallicciola redwood forest (9:00 am)
Arrival: Limbara Pass (around 12:30)
Transfer by shuttle bus to Vallicciola

Difficulty: easy (T)
Duration: about 3 and a half hours
Route: 6.8 km
What to bring: water, hiking shoes, sweatshirt or light jacket
